The Sync function is used to officially synchronize and update data between the local system and the server after completing the Review Local and Review Server steps.
It ensures that all validated data changes made locally are uploaded to the server, keeping both environments consistent.

How to use the Sync function
After completing the review local, review server steps, follow these steps to synchronize data between your local environment and the server.
Step 1: Prepare the environment
- Ensure you are logged into the eXsync system successfully.
- Confirm that the Review Server process has been completed without any errors or conflicts.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable to prevent interruptions during synchronization.
Step 2: Click the Sync button
- Click the Sync button on the right panel.
- Once clicked, the system will begin transferring validated data from local storage to the server.
- During this time, the Sync button is disable and display a loading.
Step 3: System synchronization process
- The system will perform the following automated actions:

Upload Data: Transfers approved local records to the server.

Update Status: Changes the record status in the Action column sau khi sync successful “Sync Successful.”

Error Handling: If a network issue occurs (e.g., Wi-Fi disconnected), the process will pause and remain in a loading state.

Step 4: Review synchronization results

Once synchronization is complete, the system displays the final result:
Sync Successfully:
- The Action Status column updates to “Sync Success” with a green background (#2F950B).
- Local and server data are now fully synchronized.
Sync Failed:
- The Action Status column updates to “Sync Failed” with a red background (#74060E).
- The system retains your local data without updating the server.

Can download the Log File on right panel to check error details.

The Retry button appears — click it to attempt synchronization again.
Step 5: Post-sync validation
- Verify that the data shown on the server matches the updated local data.
- If discrepancies remain, re-run Review Server and perform Sync again.
- Confirm that all changes are reflected accurately in the target system (e.g., SharePoint, eTask, or eBug).
Step 6: Confirm completion
- When the Sync completes successfully and the data is verified:
- The synchronization process is finished.
- You may safely log out or continue with other operations in the system.
