Login & Logout eXsync Application
How To Log Into eXsync Application:
To use the eXsync application, the user needs to log in with an account that exists within the tenant.
Because eXsync operates in Office 365, there will be an Office 365 login screen that you will require your credentials. Follow the instructions below:
- Enter your Email address and Password.
- After successfully logging in, the eXsync application will appear in the Ribbon section.
How To Loggin Out Of eXsync Application:
To ensure you are fully logged out of SharePoint (Microsoft Office 365) follow the instructions below.
- Click on the Avatar located at the top right corner of the Excel app, on your right-hand side.
- Click Sign out.
- A pop-up will appear → Click the Sign out button.
When the user logs out, the eXsync application will be removed from the Excel Ribbon.
